Description
Snake flies are large fly patterns with a strong braided connection and a flowing rabbit zonker strip. Snakes have caught on quickly since they started pulling in fish on the big reservoirs they’ve proved effective for targeting larger fish – browns and rainbows. They can be fished on anything from a floater to a super fast sinker retrieved with a slow figure of eight right up to a roly-poly and often deadly on the hang. Some days they are the only thing that will tempt Trout from any stillwater in the country.
