Housed inside of an aluminum frame with carbon side plates, the Okuma X-Series offers enhanced rigidity without adding unnecessary weight, resulting in a super light 5.6-ounce construction.

Perfectly complimenting the Okuma X-Series line of casting rods, the Okuma X-Series Casting Reels output an impressive 24lbs of drag, giving anglers the upper-hand on hard fighting predators. When the wind kicks up or its time to change baits, the Okuma X-Series Casting Reels feature a Velocity Cast Control System, hinged side plate, and easy-to-read brake labels, which allow anglers to make fine adjustments on the fly.

Loaded with innovative features, the Okuma X-Series Casting Reels feature a convenient line size indicator on the inside of the gear box, so you always know what size line you have on your spool. When not in use, a line clip is built into the front of the reel, providing a cleat for stray line and preventing tangles.  Finished with a 100mm carbon fiber handle with contoured paddles, the Okuma X-Series Casting Reels deliver superior strength and performance in a compact package.
