The reel’s light C-40X carbon frame is paired with an ultralight spool for ergonomic use – and within the frame lies an 18 kg drag system of pure fish-stopping power. Designed for casting to the surf, the long-stroke spool allows the line to easily shoot off during the cast while the one-piece bail and super-slow oscillation reduce friction.
