The D clips on the spine of the Utility Skin allow it to be clipped to any Scope Rod Skin system, as long as there is a shoulder strap to connect all the skins together. This ensures you have an instant grab-and-go combination for surface or floater opportunities that you can add to your core rod skin setup.
