In muddy terrain with thick foliage, these robust, waterproof Pro HWS gaiters will save the day. They provide great lower leg protection thanks to their sturdy canvas construction and windproof and waterproof HWS membrane.
Harkila’s Pro HWS gaiters are made from very hardwearing canvas, that has been DWR-treated, to make it dirt- and water-repellent. The insides feature their own windproof and waterproof HWS Härkila Weather System membrane, which is very breathable and has a hydrostatic head of 20,000mm.
These gaiters have strong velcro closures, with press stud reinforcements at top and bottom. At the bottom rear, they have strong elastic sewn-in as well as an elastic drawstring at the top, to fit snugly around your foot and calf as you walk. They also have a hardwearing rubber strap that runs under the boot and a hidden hook to attach to your laces to stop them sliding up.
