The Frances Hexagon Creme Brulee are small, heavy flies with a tungsten head that sink quickly to where the Salmon are.

Background:

The original pattern was created by Peter Deane in the 1960s and is named after his assistant, Frances Hydon, who tied up Peter’s design. This pattern was crafted as a prawn imitation and has a rich history of success, dominating catches in Iceland.

Over the years, this fly has proven its effectiveness globally for both Salmon and Sea Trout. The unique shape of the body and the antennas generate significant turbulence and movement in the water, attracting fish.
