The Thunderhawk Grunt Jig is a hybrid jig design that combines the compact profile of a finesse jig with heavy duty componentry to be able to handle large-caliber fish that are hiding in thick cover. Featuring a modified pyramid style head with a horizontal line tie, the Grunt Jig navigates through rocks, laydowns, docks, and heavy brush with ease. It is also designed to excel when skipping under overhanging limbs and dock pilings where bass often hide and wait to ambush prey. Once under water, the Grunt Jig is fitted with a combination of hand tied rubber skirting material and flash tinsel that flares and creates more action that a standard banded silicone skirt to help coax more fish into biting.
