Featuring a cupped mouth that creates an attention-grabbing splash and a prominent chug, the Bitsy Poppin Perch was painstakingly crafted to imitate panfish with strike-inducing eyes, a rubber tail-shaped skirting material, and baitfish-inspired color patterns.
