Description

Accessory for rotary vises, specially designed to make dubbing brushes of up to 23 cm. The steady table with adjustable height allows for easy application of various materials onto the metallic wire. A special niche facilitates precise cutting of materials to the desired length.

How to Use the Dubbing Brush Device:

1. Attach a wire or tying thread.
2. Shorten the material or a mix of materials to the desired length using the cutting table (e.g., Dubbing, Flash, etc.).
3. Place the material on the adjustable height working plate.
4. Bring back the wire or tying thread.
5. Descend the working plate.
6. Twist the wire or tying thread.

With minimal material, you can create durable brushes (e.g., a flash hackle) suitable for tying streamer bodies. Filigree dubbing brushes are ideal for tying nymphs or dries.

Tips:

• Use a needle to open loops created while twisting the material for a better finish.
• Apply dubbing wax on the wire or tying thread to help keep the material in position.
